• Underwriters - Professionals who's job it is to review the applications of our perspective clients and attempt to find a way of insuring individuals and families with a wide variety of health histories.

• Customer Service - With an understanding and knowledge of the many programs IMG has to offer, our experienced cutomer service staff  is ready to support agents, brokers, and their customers before, during and after the sale.
• Akeso Care Management (ACM) - is a URAC accredited health care management company that has been specializing in the complete spectrum of International Medical Management services since 1996. ACM offers a unique blend of service components and expertise in medical management. Rather than work with a third party administrator in dealing Emergency Medical Evacuation, Precertification, Disease Management, Medical Claims Auditing, Claim Rate Negotiations and large case management, you will work with a wholly owned subsidiary of IMG.
  
• Administration - Leveraging technology and the internet, IMG is pround to offer MyIMG. As an IMG insured you have the ability to access the information you need to manage your account 24/7 from anywhere in the world where internet access is available. Some of the tools and features include: Claim Status check; Certificate documents; Request ID's; Initiate Precertification; Search for physicians within the First Health Network (PPO) and through the International Provider Access (IPA)
  
• International Provider Network (IPA) provides an online database of over 8,600 facilities that can be used to locate health care providers outside the USA as needed. You may search by facility, physician,specialty, dentist and location. The database is found at www.imglobal.com. (NOTE: Use of this service is subject to the terms and conditions specified online. These terms must be agreed to prior to using the service.)
• The First Health Network (PPO) - The first Health Network is an independent Preferred Provider Organization with representative doctors, hospitals and treatment centers throughout the USA. The network is the largest and most comprehensive independent nationwide PPO. It contains 500,000 physicians, 4,700 privately owned and operated hospitals. It includes approximately 67% of all hospitals in the USA, including some of the most well-recognized university medical centers and transplant facilities.
