When I have led teams, I always built time to reflect, how else is one to capture the value of the experience amid all the emotions of the journey?

The links provided here are for resources that I have bought and used thouthout the past 8 years of short-term experiences. There are simple guides for the youth and junior high ALL the way through adult versions.

Some capture pre-field preparation and prayer, others provide a place to capture the emotions of the return home.
