Guatemala Summer of 2005

La Maya, Guatemala

On this mission trip, we will be spending eleven days in La Maya, Guatemala; a suburb of Guatemala city. Our main goal will be working closely with the people in La Maya, through holding a music discovery camp for area children, free haircuts for the children, sports evangelism and sharing our testimonies. We are working with Divine Grace Baptist Church in La Maya, a church that was planted three years ago by Rich Pond Baptist Church in Bowling Green, KY. We are hopeful that God will use these eleven days to encourage and strengthen the faith of both the believers in La Maya, and those who are going, as well as those we come in contact with. We welcome you to come in and see how God is moving in La Maya!
